The decision to begin a plan toward optimal dental health and esthetics can be a difficult one. Depending on your specific situation and diagnosis, it may be a plan requiring a significant investment of time, energy, effort and finances. Our goal is to help you understand all aspects and implications of your treatment plan so you feel you can make a decision that you feel good about and that you feel is in your best interest. We are here to help you through the process, to walk with you "arm-in-arm", however long it takes.
Read this patient's story recounting the various emotions she experienced and decisions she had to make before she could move forward with her treatment.

Dear Ron,
I want to thank you. You have put your heart into your work for many years, and it shows.
You have employees that have been there many years. This shows one or all of ya'll have to be crazy. (No, I just wanted to lighten things up a little.)
I will be coming to your office in a couple of days for some "finishing" touches on my smile. I love to smile. I love to give smiles to people when they are in need.
I also, love to write. I write when I can't find the appropriate time or words to tell someone I appreciate what they have done to me, deep down, which in this case, reflects in my smile.
This is probably the weirdest letter that you have received. May I add, the most sincere.
I have learned that a healthy mouth is a healthy body. (See, not everyone knows that.)
Thank you for your dedication to the profession. I will no longer fear "going to the dentist." I will do what is necessary to promote my healthy smile. I will respect the time and consideration that you have taken. I will have memories of the laughs within your office.
It is nice when you feel comfortable with someone that you are placing your trust in.
Sincerely,
Christine M. Ruggiero

Dear Ron,
I would like to thank you, Teresa, Alma, and Holly for the care and attention you devoted to my dental work over the last nine months. I appreciate your willingness to take the time and trouble to do a job right and your concern for my comfort. I also appreciated very much the time you took to discuss my situation and treatment options in detail.
Most important, you and your staff consistently treated me as a person, not just another body filling a space in a chair. This made me feel very welcome and relaxed, visiting your office was never something to be dreaded.
Thanks again, and I hope your move works out well for you.
Sincerely,
Doug Wallace Attorney at Law 1310 Fourth Avenue West Bradenton, FL 813/747-5545
